There are some exceptions to the 1st amendment.

You just can’t circumvent those exceptions by posting them in a meme format.

If a lib (big if, because we all know they can’t meme) did this, we would all be very upset. And rightfully so, because it’s illegal to disenfranchise voters by giving wrong information on how to vote.

This is hopefully setting some precedence for future cases.

Calling it a “meme” is stupid, what he did was illegal, and I’m happy he’s punished.
