Is it just me? Why do the Referendum Questions always read like Trick Questions? For example, re Question 1, the Waukesha Parade Killer would not have had the chance to kill the parade attendees had he not been let out after violent crimes prior to that day. He was released shortly before he committed his violent killing that day. Another OP has suggested voting No on this question. Any thoughts?
