I'll take a stab at it.
They were being paid a lot by the governments (with our own money) to kill us with the jabs and they had cover. That's not the case with the other stuff AFAIK. With those the most profitable tack is to keep us alive to sell us more drugs. In many cases those drugs can actually be beneficial. Antibiotics for example. Are you going to lose a leg or die of gangrene rather than take some pills?
