Well our government does own at least a portion of the Moderna patent. DUMBS are on military bases, so at least an element of the military is involved in trafficking, experiments. Add to that bioweapons labs in Ukraine and now some our special military forces are in there, supposedly without Congressional approval. Chem trails are a military operation. The high ranks in the military forced the Covid shots on the rank and file. So I would say there is definite infiltration from within.
