When we think about disinfo/infiltration, etc, we do well to reflect deeply on the techniques and methods that Satan has used for eons. The lies are created to resonate with fallen nature. They create a relationship with fallen nature, stimulate it, and generate a <negative> energy that feeds off itself. So lies take on a power all their own. But it is sown as a seed.
People believe the lies because it resonates with something within (fallen nature) - the thing that seeks the self-centered view rather than God's view, that seeks self-belief instead of humility, that is willing to (consciously or unconsciously) sacrifice others for self preservation, and maintain justification for (continued) mal-action.
Satan uses (abuses) God's principles in order to manipulate his own desired outcomes. It is God's principle that when we interact with truth from the place of the original godly nature God endowed us with, we are empowered, and this generates an energy that benefits, drives, and moves us towards God's purpose. That same principle is used by the devil, but he uses lies instead of truth, and appeals to the fallen nature in human beings that has not yet been rooted out.
This is corruption by nature, and it's how a false concept like "people accepting Q are doing nothing" gains such tremendous power in some minds.
