Because there are secret treaties in place between the Elite countries, plans and letters of intent that have specific dates, possibly tied to secret bonds or oacta signed and ratified by each president since Bush. I'm just speculating and having fun with this. Remember when Congress was floating the idea of a $1 trillion dollar coin? That was very interesting. Remember those bonds that were floating around, bearer bonds and billion dollar denominations? I wonder if something like that is a foot in terms of servicing the US debt through to something like say the bank of international settlements
