I had braces in the 80s/had to redo as an adult, so these people are on the right track/need to expand your palate & airways to breath. orthodontics really messed a lot of people up. they need to look into orthotropics & John Mew instead. Also, closed airways inhibit the pineal gland...imagine that🕵‍♀️
