If Bill Cooper was correct, then [they] have technology that is bare minimum, 50 years more advanced than whatever is known in the current day.
So, if the public knew about remote access & control technology by the year 1963, then perhaps they had a way to take control & crash the Titanic according to PLAN, in the year 1913.
