I'm skeptical. Both Cairns News and Veterans Today are very clickbaity.

And most effective clickbait sites combine facts with fiction, factual information with created spin in order to inspire the clicks and appeal to their target audience.

NATO HQ in Ukraine? Sounds dodgy as.

300 Commanders? Likewise.

That there was a missile strike on a bunker seems extremely plausible, but the idea that NATO would establish the NATO HQ in Ukraine is preposterous.

I'd dig more on this, but there are already too many red flags.
