Debt-based financing of the reparations program is dirty, but for the program itself to be a scam would mean that the government is not going to pay out as they claimed they will. If they really give the money out then it’s just communism/ leftism. Rather than a sneaky scam, it’s bold-faced stealing from workers and from the future, and then redistributing. If the government commies really do give the dirty money to blacks, then you can’t claim that the blacks would be unfairly blamed for the adverse economic consequences of their acceptance of the dirty money. If blacks don’t want to be blamed for the economic fallout of this stupid reparations program, then they need to reject the money.

Part of commie demoralization is that they can steal your earnings, or your future by putting you on the hook for their debt, and they don’t have to be sneaky about it. They like to rub their dirty power in your face.
