From my understanding: these swabs have very small "nanotube" structures that you could view as tiny (very tiny) shards of glass, designed to break the skin (in this case the lining of your sinuses, very close to where your brain is). Then those same "nanotubes" have a "DARPA hydrogel" on them + Lithium, according to her. DARPA is a USA organization that develops weapons for the military. "Hydrogel" just means it's a goop that is liquid-ish/gel-ish and can move around, fill holes (that the nanotubes just made), etc. And in that gel, there is a payload. What is that payload? I am sure I do not know, but equally I am sure it's not good. She asserts that the payload also includes Lithium, which is a powerful drug that is used to turn the volume down on a human's brain A LOT. It is given to schizophrenics, for example, to "make the voices go away". On a normal brain, it would create lower brain function and increased compliance/docile behavior, I imagine.

So all of this tracks and makes sense. I wish someone covered in tattoos was not delivering the message. She obviously likes needles. Just, she says, not these ones.

EDIT: I realize I did not address the crystalline/antenna part of her comment. If you've ever seen a crystal grow, it's quite remarkable. It moves out into a geometric pattern that is pre-ordained by its molecular structure, and forms all crystals we know, like quartz, etc. In this case, these crystals are forming antennas, presumably that can receive signals, presumably from 5G or some other way of sending a signal. She then asserts that those signals can be received via these antennas as commands. OK that is I guess possible in the way that anything is I guess possible. But if that's true, then our DARPA scientists have achieved a knowledge of how humans work that is far beyond what I thought they had achieved. I do still think they could potentially send some sort of kill command. But I doubt they can turn people into marionettes. And, it is very possible that I am wrong about that.
