I feel your pain. I think what you need is a good dosage (i.e. a 5 part course) in defecting from the narrative.
These lads are excellent in generating discussions that, if you tune in to them, will strengthen your capacity to disengage from the narrative level and find different ways of viewing the surface level of what is going on.
What do I mean? The surface level of the current 5G War, aka the Information War, which is part and parcel of the war against the Cabal, is primarily all about narratives, because narratives are what people latch on to in order to feel like they understand what is going on in their world.
For example, for decades now, the Cabal has been spinning the narrative that Democrat party and the Republican party are two very different approaches to politics, and that a choice of one is completely different to a choice of another. That's a narrative which, if one buys into it, supports either GW Bush and hates or dislikes Obama, or supports Obama but hates or dislikes GW Bush.
So all the time, the organs of the government, the media, the corporations, the education industry, etc, etc, are spinning narratives at us, trying to get us to think and accept the way of seeing things that they want us to accept.
Also, given the state of media etc today, we can make the distinction between actual events and narrative events. For example, Russian invaded Ukraine, and there are people being killed etc, according to the media, governments, etc, but in reality, as individuals, we have no way of really knowing how much of that is true or not, and actually happening.
However, what IS clear is the narrative events. That is, the impact on the narrative level of the war, and its carry on impact on us and our populations.
Another example: Epstein. Did he really commit suicide (narrative) vs he didn't commit suicide (narrative). Is he actually dead? There is no way we can know. We can have our beliefs, but the actual reality of the matter is something we just cannot know.
However, we can see the narrative impact of Epstein killing/not killing himself is massive. As a narrative event, it is/was huuuuuge. Even in the very normie world, the idea that "epstein didn't kill himself" and he was probably off'ed by the forces that be to protect them, that narrative event has been huge.
So now. Musk is reportedly going to put in place a new CEO of twitter, that person is apparently connected with WEF in a big way, etc, etc, etc. In reality, we have no real way of knowing how much of this is true, and how much of it is narrative. But in narrative warfare, what's really important is the narrative that is generated, and it's impact.
Once you start to think about things like this, you start to become 'defected' from all the narratives that are put out there to influence and control the normies, from both sides, and you begin to think about the impact of those narratives on yourself. You can also start to ask different questions.
Is Musk doing this (aka the narrative) in order wake normie people up? Is he doing it to highlight (expose more) the WEF? Is he doing this to drive patriots crazy and confuse them? Or is he doing this to confuse the Deep State?
Is it possible that this woman is a sleeper who worked her way into the WEF and is actually undercover? Musk himself was the darling of the WEF-supporting lefty crowd, until he became a 'danger to democracy' by exposing twitter and reinstalling the Trump account, etc?
There are many things we cannot really know, but we CAN observe what narratives are being put out there and whether they help or hinder the waking up process. Do they expose the DS more, or hide it more? etc.
When you are engaging with the narrative warfare as if it is all 100% real events and on that superficial level, your emotions and thoughts get yanked around and around, because there is chaos and attacks from both sides going on.
But step back, and you'll start to think quite differently, and find that a LOT of things make a lot more sense overall, despite not knowing all the details.
I strongly recommend Defected. Just choose any episode from the last 3 months, and take a listen. They are long podcasts, so personally I recommend listening via audio while doing something else. (I always listen to podcasts while driving in my car, going shopping etc.)
Anyway, hope some of this is helpful.
