Well okay so all i did was search US capitol building and then i clicked the little person icon to take me to street level. There are also some little blue dots around the building and you can click those too to get a street level view. And then when i found one that showed the capitol bldg i clicked in the upper right corner and chose share. Sorry for the terrible link. Try it and lmk.
