"The judgement" refers to the Great White Throne judgement described in Revelation chapter 20. There are (prior to this) judgements on the earth's inhabitants during the last part of the 7 year tribulation period (the Great Tribulation) described in Revelation chapter 16. These judgements are not "the" judgement referred to in Hebrews 9:27. There is no going back to earth because you blew it. That is what the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus was/is all about. He paid the debt of sin, there is now way that anyone can fix it, or earn one's way out of the penalty of sin. The end.
