I want to point out that IF he has presidential powers, he could have pardoned them all on day one, as long as he could stay awake long enough to sign the paperwork.

Also, if his presidency is later found to have been illegitimate, than any pardons, executive orders, etc are null.

So there's two perespectives depending on which camp you're in (we're watching a movie or not) which take pardons off the table.
