To me Elon hesitates considering options of what to say and then looks angry in the end that he has to make the statement.

I disagree with that...Hesitation is not necessarily 'considering options'....He's looking for the 'right' answer to the question and not just coming out with the first thought to come into his mind. i bet there are a multitude of different answers he could have come up with...He thought that was the correct and relevant answer to address the Question at hand after 'Hesitating'... edit: IMO, he was searching his soul for the appropriate answer, not just thinking about what to say...
