Use a stool softener, eat more fruits and veggies and drink water to prevent constipation, try to be active with walking, but no straining to lift.If you have a job that requires sitting for long periods, trucking, office work etc, you need to take time in the day for walking.I do not mean a hot tub like a special hot tub.
