You misunderstood. The question wasn't about if someone should do the right thing. It was a question of WHAT that right thing is. Specifically. The "cowardly" part is referring to how the WHAT, gets left out.

So it's easy to see why more substance is asked for. Anyone can "stand up" and say, "I want good things and not bad things!" Who could argue with them? Nobody. That's the easy part that is not heroic. The hard part that requires bravery, is putting your plan up for critique.
