The (stolen) 1960 election did that for me, HA! And 1964, look what LBJ did to demonize Goldwater!

Before that election, our grade school teacher (in a very small, very rural community) had us hold up our hands if we were for Goldwater compared to the criminal LBJ. Only I and the son of the local undertaker held up our hands! At least we had the courage to hold up our hands . . .

His father was known as "Digger" . . . let's say Jones. Digger "Jones". At the funeral of a gr-uncle whom I had probably never met, a couple of us cousins were shown around the more private areas of the funeral home by Digger "Jones's" said son. He had to attend funerals where his parents were engaged. Funeral Homes were in old Victorian houses with lots of mystery. Staircases, etc. All completely innocent but with a hint of going where one did not belong . . .

We, Digger "Jones's" son and I, were pedes and anons before HRC tried to defame the "racist frog" and someone in the audience called out "Pepe!"
