Who is the "god of this world?" Who offered rulership of this world to Christ if he just bowed down before him?

It makes no sense that Satan would flood the entire earth, and keep. Noah, his wife, his two sons, and two wife’s, and leave everybody else to drown. Why would Satan do that?
I can't speculate motivation, beyond what is in the bible; the whole world was an abomination to him (him being EL/Saturn/Satan).

Why are there TWO creations in Genesis? (One is Our Father In Heaven's creation-the original and the second is EL/Saturn/Satan's re-creation).
Why do the Jews receive their reward here on Earth?
