There are really only three options:

1. She was Team Trump and she is still Team Trump, acting as if she is "for the Cabal" (Controlled Opposition, under the direction of Q).
2. She was Team Cabal and she is still Team Cabal, acting for her real allegiance (Condoled Opposition under the direction of the Cabal).
3. She was Team Trump (actually) and she is now Team Cabal (actually).

Changing sides to the Cabal, given even the slightest clue about what is going on in the world is incredibly unlikely. Three (actually changing sides) is almost certainly not true.

Seriously, as long as you remember "all the world's a stage," everything makes so much more sense.
