Agreed. CA doesn't allow serialization / tracking of ballots. Once a vote is counted it CANNOT be traced back to the voter. Remove ballot from envelope, throw in trash. Take manufactured ballot with vote for Gruesome, feed it into machine. That's how Gruesome won the recall. That's how he always wins. With these laws in place, CA cannot have any fair elections. How can you audit if you can't trace back to the voter?
