I'll never buy the boot theory. A modern day ankle monitor is as big as a pack of cigarettes. You can tuck it into your sock and no one would ever see it. No need for a boot to hide it. I don't buy its comms either. If they want us to know they wouldn't hide it. I don't buy the "we want to wake up the public by hiding everything from the public" boot theory either. You don't wake people up by hiding everything. You wake them up by exposing it. They certainly aren't hiding it from the enemy as I think they would know when their people are arrested. So they are hiding it from us? To wake us up? Doesn't make any sense.

The ONLY way this makes sense to me is they are hiding it from a Deep State faction from the past using some kind of time viewer like Project Looking Glass. And this is a FAR fetched theory, I know. The theory being we won already but if the enemy from the past knows this they will change something to counter it. Hardly a fact based theory.
