Ya, something doesn't add up here. If average patient load is 1,000 (according to recommendation), that's $10M per doctor which is ridiculous. But let's say a doctor sees 16 patients a day x 260 work days per year / 6 annual visits on average per patient = 693 unique patients per year that would still be almost $7M. It'd be more credible to be a $10k bonus once per year if all or x% of patients are fully vaxxed.
