I would agree but there is a major difference (and this is why Disgaea players is a good parallel)

Disgaea players aren't lobbying on every level of society (politics, law, media, entertaibment, education, etc) to change video gaming as a whole or replace or redefine entire genres of video games to suit their needs (forcing for example, the next Call of Duty to be a turn based anime strategy game)

On the other hand, LGBTs already have done this. They redefined marriage, are redefining gender, and are even trying to redefine sex. Their culture is infiltrating everything from the way women do makeup to how people conduct their business or relationships, even some churches are pandering to them.
