Anyone got a way to prevent cramps? I've gotten two this week, one in my calf, and the resulting soreness has made it hard to work out.
I'm fairly sure it's a lack of some vitamin, but I take so many already that it baffles me what I'm leaving out.
EDIT: Since a ton of people are saying the same thing, yes, I already take magnesium daily. 250mg every morning. Perhaps I should raise the dosage.
Potassium, however, yeah, I should add that.
