Continue the above except for ibuprofen (avoid it like the plague). I would trade cherry juice for cherries or cherry extract and black pepper (or its extract) to the curcumin/turmeric intake (or use a supplement—always without fillers—that contains both) and also add various berries and green tea (or its extract). What are your underlying conditions? Do you seriously exercise (at least 30 min 3x/week of intense strength training and/or HIIT)?
