A lot of these I already take, and I'll run them down one-by-one. It'll hurt replacing them, since I'm having a bit of family money trouble at the moment--but beggars can't be choosers.
Turmeric with black pepper: Currently I take NatureWise turmeric curcumin at least once a day, 2250mg of organic turmeric curcumin, 500mg of "curcuminoids standardized to 95% to support heart health and promote strong joints." And...huh, it doesn't say on the front of the bottle, but it DOES contain 15mg of black pepper extract. Will that do?
Pomegranate juice: Funny enough, my dad takes this every day. However, I don't think it's the best kind, though I'm no expert; it's the POM brand, the kind in those weird gourd/hourglass-shaped bottles that are hard to fit into your fridge, and something tells me that's closer to sugar water than real juice. But I assume it's better than nothing.
Ester-C: I already take 1000mg of C daily, but I'll check this out. And I can't find an "American Nutrition" brand--I found an American Health, is this who you meant?
Magnesium taurate: I already take 250mg of magnesium (oxide) a day. I should likely up the dosage...but why specifically taurate? I assume it's like taurine?
Nutravege algal omega oil: Argh, I hate using droppers. I'll take the softgels.
Limiting caffeine: I actually don't drink coffee, so that's a plus. And I've cut the soda pop out near-entirely, going most days without a drop of it--I said I was trying to lose weight and all.
No alcohol or artificial sweeteners: Waaay ahead of ya. I don't drink, and I already knew NutraSweet and sucralose were bad, so I don't use them.
No red meat: ...Are you SURE? Because the keto guys here are going to HATE you for this. And TMAO...assuming you mean Trimethylamine N-oxide, I don't eat mollusks or crustaceans anyway--but does this mean I should stop taking my daily fish oil? I don't see any TMAO in its ingredients.
The heck is a recumbent bike? one trip to Google Image Search later Oh, we have one of those. Alright.
