Everyone should read Springmeier's books...which are online...they are the definitive work on the Bloodlines of the Illuminati and the monarch mind control programs. They are worth reading. I do not think he was a MK Ultra survivor, though..his works were inspired by Cathy O'Briens testimony. Some people discount him but he is very knowledgeable about these subjects...the interview is in English but has French subtitles for some reason.
