"Do yourself a favor and mildly research electronics performance in extremely cold conditions."
lol I'm a former Navy Aviation Electrician who maintained automatic flight control systems and I have a lifetime of electronics engineering background outside of the military. Do yourself a favor and "mildly research" the temperature of the high atmosphere and space. Then, in case you're far enough gone to deny the existence of avionics, get yourself a telescope and a night vision monocle. Also, "trust me", neutrino detectors have existed for decades; an array or matrix neutrino detector is entirely possible.
