Did a dig on this quite a while ago (years back). It started with NewsPunch Disinfo crap. The man who died and some of whose details the NewsPunch article swiped, was a Florida man by the name of Ronald Bernard Fernandez. Not the same Ronald Bernard, because the self-declared banker R. Bernard has appeared at public conferences etc AFTER the date of this article (aka post 2017).
