That's a great idea, however, I've tried several times to edit my original post to remove the last (cut off) category and notate "Cont'd at ______" and the system won't let me edit the content of my original post even when I remove a section of it at the bottom to make it much shorter than the character limit.

When I originally posted it, the system didn't even warn me that some of it would get cut off. So it is what it is. :-S Posting a separate thread with the bottom half of the content (categories #8 - 11), not knowing if that second post would get stickied too, would probably just cause more confusion since the 2 related posts wouldn't be side-by-side. But - in theory - I like your idea a lot.
