The part about Wexner is significant. He spent millions on it and "renovations" before giving it away to Epstein for free. I interpret that as he spent Mossad money to outfit Epstein's NY base of operations with video surveillance equipment.
EDIT: This would also explain why former Isreali PM Ehud Barak visited this home multiple times. He approved the Mossad funding for Wexner, so he got VIP membership to the teen brothel.
