I agree that he knew but I disagree with your take that it couldn’t go to a raid in the blink of an eye. As we’ve seen with basically any deep state bullshit in the past, standard operating procedure is out the window. Anything goes. That being said it may or may not have escalated quickly, I don’t know.

If you needed any more confirmation they knew this was coming, DWAC, the SPAC that’s supposed to merge with TMTG (Trump media and technology group) filed their merger plan back in October 2021 stating that the company was structured in a way that it could carry on without having to reorganize if there was a “material disruptive event” and then defines it as follows:

“‘Material Disruptive Event’ means the occurrence of any of the following after the Closing (i) the Company Principal announces that he is running for a public office, or (ii) the Company Principal is personally convicted of a felony criminal offense.”
