Just a small point to note, being an ex tanker, the fact that the turret is in the gun forward position and elevated means nothing. This would be the usual position for it when simply driving down a road. Sure one's a few degree's off center but it's no big deal.

You ain't swinging the turret around when driving down main roads when your not tactical, the chances of hitting trees, lamp posts etc is not worth it.

They look like T64's so I'm assuming the gun isn't stabilised hence it being elevated, or it's just in that position.

The other vehicle looks like a BTR80 fwiw.
