Incredibly, this is STILL UNCLEAR: Whether there is any mechanism to remove a president other than impeachment, even if the person is installed illegally in the presidency by fraud.

Common sense, logic and rational thought would say "Absolutely, yes; if he's there by fraud, the election is canceled; so he is not president; so he can be removed without impeachment."
