that was the original purpose of the parties, and since that time , the democratic strategy has been to:

a) make people forget democrats fought for slavery

b) infiltrate the republican party,

why isn't there a word for a 'democrat in name only'?

because the parties are inherently different. one is for the people, one is for demons. that's not a fallacy.

its good to recognize that our side has been infiltrated, but that does not make them the same..
