does it actually say those are the 'only' two instances that will be related to 'watch' the water? maybe I'm missing where Q explicitly says that/it's been a long day.

curious as I've been reading a lot about oceans/seas/islands/Celtic mythology; which has a lot of Q themes...and then are quotes like this>think water is an important theme 'throughout' Q's movie
