I guess these days I like this framework: The War has already been won, essentially, but yes, a controlled demolition of the Cabal infrastructure is necessary. Therefore, the White Hats, knowing the enemy playbook, allows certain things to go ahead - not actually driving them, but allowing the enemy to execute their operations and events, but with guardrails in place so that the damage is limited.

In this framework, it would means something like the current mayhem in France is not organized or executed by the white hats, but rather, the white hats, knowing what the black hats are doing and knowing their playbook, give them just enough rope to expose themselves further and eventually hang themselves, while taking steps to ensure that damage is limited and as minimal as possible while still allowing the process to go forward.

In other words, part of the controlled demolition is actually being executed by giving the enemy just enough rope to hang themselves and destroy their own system more and more. "Never Interfere With an Enemy While He’s in the Process of Destroying Himself."

This would be the opposite or invert of a false flag. It would be allowing the opponent to execute their action, their false flag, but ensure that such conditions pertained so that it does not improve or advance the agenda they want, but instead backfires and further implodes their infrastructure.

I mean, you never hear about BLM or Antifa riots in the States these days. So what's with that? Allowed to implode. All the rioting and stuff created the space for POTUS to designate BLM and Antifa as terrorist organization and the Justice Department to actually infiltrate and arrest. I don't think it's that DJT etc, didn't KNOW what BLM and Antifa actually are, but rule of law is required, so they let things play out to some extent.

While the Enemy goes in and instigates, ala Jan 6, the White Hat approach would be rather to allow the enemy to execute their own plans but use that to capture and destroy them.

In this framework, the controlled demolition AND the awakening of people who live blindly in the system go hand in hand. Cannot have one without the other, ultimately, because the PUBLIC mandate is necessary to dismantle the whole system and reset the future once the Evil elements are exposed.

So while the essential victory has been won, the truth has to be revealed in a steady, logical drawn out manner so that people can actually digest the truth and also demand and want the changes required. That's accomplished by allowing the enemy to proceed in a limited manner and thereby expose themselves and essentially fashion their own noose.
