Lol, love the handshake account, but are you like, not proud of your comment?
I love the good old "Do the work for me" comeback, but it's getting a bit tired after oh, close to 6 years.
It reads like another old rebuttal: "The q operation is a psyop in order to make people sit back and wait and do nothing".
Who knows if you've done any work. Handshake account. Did you get banned? Who knows.
But I've done plenty of work. And, I've done hundreds of web searches tracking down material, verifying, and so forth.
And, when I post, I usually post sauce because it saves MAN HOURS in the work of the Great Awakening.
So, here's a real response to your rather dumb (IMO) comment.
One, I never asked the OP to do any work for me. Or you. You could have, in fact, simply gone, hmmm. It's a good question. I wonder what the sauce is. I'll take a look. Oh, its DJTs prayer on Feb 2017. Cool. I'll let Frac know.
And written "Its from DJTs prayer on Feb 2017", which also would have taken much less time that you presuming to lecture me on what you think I should be doing, on the false premise that I'm asking others to do the work for me.
Two, See above. Done there been that. I was expressing the opinion that all good dishes come with sauce. If you interpreted that as a demand for you or anyone else to do work for me, you're sadly mistaken. Moreover, my comment was an indirect comment on the value of sharing sauce when posting. It's certainly not that I didn't believe the quote. I think you missed the point.
Three, posting sauce is just basic, good practice. Nothing wrong with the meme, or post, but without tangible sauce, well, how should anyone take it? Should every person who sees the meme or post go either "oh, it MUST be a real quote" or "Oh, I'd better search up the actual source, to see if its real". Or, just quieten that sense of discernment that questions what one sees or reads?
A simple date, and/or location sauce marker would obviate the necessity to navigate that issue. Which, personally, I think is preferable. It might also save a BUNCH of pedes time and work, thereby advancing the overall work.
In any case, I suggest you retire the old "if you even ASK for sauce (or point out the need for it, as in this case), your demanding that others do work for you" line. It's old, it's hacky, it's plain disingenuous.
But each to his own.
PS. Apologies for the lengthy diatribe, but I find the Asking for Sauce = Asking others to do the work for you" line so, super annoying (and old). Plus "learn how to use a search engine". Sheesh.
But on a second read, I did enjoy your parody of my reply. That part was OK.

Either way, please retire the old "if you even ASK for sauce, your demanding that others do work for you" line. It's old, it's hacky, it's plain disingenuous, and it borders on arrogance.
