Hot damn got lucky and hit it on the first page of laptop media:

I don't think the photo is airbrushed. It's just the light coming from that direction and hitting the watch. Skip to the other photos in the set (there's some before/after) and they show the watch face.

It does look very similar to Hunter's watch but I don't think the hands are a match here. Still digging. Haven't cross referenced it with other Q watch posts..

EDIT: And shit sorry for subjecting y'all to Hunter's photos, but are the Fingerlakes tattoos temporaries? Check out the weird tape that is over them. Is that a standard part of getting a tattoo? Any ink experts here?
