There is definitely no shortage of claims with no sauce. For myself, I stopped bothering with sauce when I noticed that narrative trumps facts, but it’s still a sloppy practice.

Ballots received: 2,637,065 - Mail and Absentee Ballots Cast and Counted for the Election 126,573 - Provisional Ballots Accurate enough to image claim, seems like.

County breakdown of voter data: https://data.pa.gov/stories/s/kptg-uury

A cross-referencing of lots of data sources would be necessary to in/validate those numbers.

Source of the disputed value was Trump. Looks like it’s actually “200,000 less ballots sent out than mail-in votes cast” rather than “1.8 million” according to cited. Would be good to know where 1.8m specifically came from. Maybe a rally, as noted later? https://web.archive.org/web/20230603102337/https://www.politifact.com/article/2021/jan/07/fact-checking-trumps-false-claims-about-pennsylvan/

Worth digging into? Maybe, but I’d wager that at minimum, the specific data would require a FOIA battle by a Penn resident. There were a few data dumps after the election. Did anyone ever get a full electoral dump of Pennsylvania? What groups have already been fighting on this front there, and do they have any public results?

At any rate, this is where the image’s numbers came from, with the disputed official tallies.
