Of course, Pence was actually talking about foreign policy towards Ukraine and dangerously low military supplies, not Domestic policy, so he felt that Tucker was taking him off track, and was trying to stick to his valid point, by quipping.

However, that was a massive gaffe, and prolly the reason he won't be president. How can ANY republican say he is not concerned about the American people?
