Obviously, a big part of Q's training was to help anons, as Q put it, "learn our comms" and to make anons aware of our adversaries use of comms too.

Naturally, people who didn't go through Qs training may be unaware of how much emphasis Q and Q+ put on comms; both theirs and our adversaries.
