(Edit: based on the comments, it doesn't seem like there's a lot of consensus around the plan. As I understood it, and summarizing ata high level, the global cabal is evil, and to get rid of it we need to dismantle their infrastructure, which causes pain in the short term. White Hats are not helping evil to take place... instead they are dismantling systems under Biden's watch so that a) the systems/infrastructure are indeed dismantled, and b) the sheeple awaken and see the truth and know it is evil and thus choose differently. There is no simple vote and win and get my life back! We are at war, and we need to cross the battlefiled to get to the other side. There is no moral dilemma. What we are seeing and experiencing is a fraction of what the cabal had designed for us. Put your game face on and stay engaged.)
