I'm sorry but omission from the Bible is not evidence that anything doesn't exist. Just because it speaks of the nature of existence in general, does not mean it contains everything that exists. it clearly leaves many things in existence unmentioned. pretending it says anything else might lead to some pretty severe shock.
edit: to be fair, your confusion about the usage of the terms 'heaven' and 'earth' in the Bible is understandable.
'earth' refers to the gross, dense, material realm, while 'heaven' refers to the subtle. so indeed, nothing in existence is outside of 'heaven' or 'earth', for that definition is truly all-encompassing.
and in no way does it exclude any of our neighbours in space.
