It’s been reported that after an alleged early 1988 sexual incident, Biden was convinced after a family intervention to undergo what turned out to be an unsuccessful experimental brain surgery intended to curb his uncontrollable pedophilic impulses. The New York Times back in May 1988 reported it as Biden being treated for a brain aneurism urgently needing surgical intervention.
