Lots of well meaning lawyers had expressed interest upfront, but the societal and economic and legal pressures have made most shrink from the challenge. I think many fear becoming targets like the January 6 attendees. It takes a lot of courage to risk your family’s security even for a very virtuous cause when there is some legitimate question about ever seeing a positive result. As a result I’m finding active litigation and conservative causes and offering our resources to them.
