I have been taking IVM at least once a week with quercetin, zinc, vitamin D3 and K since I had covid 2 years ago among many other things and I am never sick with anything...I do not take medications or drugs with the exception of IVM...somehow I could tell it was very protective when I took it...and now I am very glad to have been taking it...I do Duramectin horse paste from Valley Vet...

It mentioned that vitamin D needs to be above 60 ng/ml for good health...that is very important because people are so deficient in vitamin D...
