Devon Archer never ONCE used the word "illusion" in the transcript

The one time the word was used it was Dapper Dan Goldman, who hit Archer with a leading question that got NO BITES ON THE BAIT.

So really you were selling the ILLUSION of access to Joe Biden is what it sounds like...

ARCHER: We were selling the BIDEN BRAND.

Can't get much more clear than that... oh and by the way its still totally ILLEGAL even if it WERE just an ILLUSION.. that's called FRAUD, defined recently by CNN LEGAL (in referring to Trump's indictment of course) as -

(Knowingly) Lying in order to steal something

They left out the part in parenthesis, though, because Donald Trump DID NOT KNOW he lost the 2020 election, despite their claims that he did know, and lied about it in order to steal the election...

But usually FRAUD can be proven with more veracity if the KNOWING part is obvious, as Goldman ironically claims in his defense of DARK JOE & WHERES HUNTER - they talked about the weather, they KNEW they weren't REALLY giving access to Biden, etc etc

FRAUD also comports better in cases where the SOMETHING that is stolen is something MATERIAL rather than illusory

FOR INSTANCE, STEALING MONEY $$$ IS EASIER TO CLEARLY ELUCIDATE RATHER THAN A NEBULOUS CONCEPT, SUCH AS AN 'ELECTION'

Yer done, son.

Godspeed.
